May Meeting and Field Work Evening May 16th, 5pm ARCF Field

The Alexandria RC Flyers Club is also an AMA registered and  FAA recognized FRIA flying site.  This means that Alexandria RC Club members with current AMA membership can fly without needing RF-ID equipment or FAA clearance to fly at the field.

Jim has been flying the recently released Joe Nall 3D Flight Line on his RealFlight Evolution simulator.  Kind of cool, since he was just there this Spring.  Jim says that the water even behaves like the real thing, allowing him to dip the tail beneath the surface of the water in a hover, just like the real lake.  He says "You're all going to want this field!"
